We didn't wish to cancel our dream vacation until COVID-19 forced us to! Support this petition so we can pressure Agoda to act on our refund requests!

Tourist destinations are on lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We, the consumers, should be able to get a full refund from an already-paid booking made in the travel website, Agoda.com.

Agoda's customer service is very unresponsive to consumers requesting for cancellation and refund. Their refund policy is vague and unclear. 

Agoda should understand that the cancellations are not of our fault as consumers. And it is not in our hands either whether the places we're going to imposed a lockdown. This is why a full refund should be issued and all Customer requests be attended to as timely as possible.
