Growing up one of my fondest memories was my uncle Anthony’s pig roast. We gathered around the swine and danced, waiting to taste its wonderful flesh. Each of us eager to be the lucky child to eat the snout, the tongue, or even an ear. The taste of the pig was culinary excellence. In my opinion, the very best preparation of pork.

What is all this to say?

I believe Sig Nu, should host an annual Pig Nu pig roast event. I believe it could be a great way to get the community together. Who can be unhappy when they are chowing on crispy pork? I know I couldn’t be.

So to the brothers of Sig Nu, far and wide, lend my your ears and hear my mighty call:

I DECREE TO YE OLDE BRETHREN OF SIG NU, LET US ROAST THE BOAR, PIERCED THROUGH ITS CORE. THE LUCKIEST BROTHER MAY HE RECEIVE THR SNOUT, AND NO OTHERS SHOULD CRY OR POUT.
