Hello everyone l came across a heart breaking story on FB involving a horse named Magic a gentle king Tenessee Walking horse living in Pierce County WA. Magic is retired and has been confined in a filthy stall for three years straight not being let out side even once. Hos owners even keep his plastic working shoes on him 24/7 and concerned neigbors and residents hear him crying out in pain almost non stop. Owners refuse to excercise him or give him away to the many neigbors who have offered him their own pastures. Animal control has been called several times but they cant force change due to the states laws regarding equine rights. I want to start a petition demanding that Magic is retired to a farm or sancuary where he can live out his retired days free to roam and free of his plastic working shoes.
