The capacity of the Board Room is approximately 60, and there are normally 25-30 Board, staff, and others present. The public comment period is held at the beginning of the meeting after a moment of silence. The Authority’s policy for public comment is three minutes per person, and a total of 30 minutes of public comment period maximum. Any questions should be submitted in writing. The public comment period is not a question and answer format and any presentations should be printed. There are seven Board members. Anyone wanting to speak during the public comment period needs to sign up to guarantee a time slot to speak. Regarding your request for the Authority’s financial information, I will forward your request to the appropriate person on staff. With respect to the Request for Proposals (RFP), the Authority, at its December 2017 meeting, authorized and directed staff to begin the process of rebranding, and to issue a RFP and solicit proposals from firms interested in providing such services.
