I am asking for action to be taken for this child Kevin and this pit Mickey. The negligence of the caregiver is the issue. Said caregiver should be charged.

The Issue
This is important because of all children like Kevin. Toddlers and kids alike need full time supervision. No child should be left unattended long enough for something so tragic to occur. Furthermore this is important to protect the breed of Pitbulls. Pitbulls have a bad rep because of people. It is not the breed it is the owners! A dog regardless of the breed is not breaking any laws being chained up in it's own backyard! This should not be a debate to put the pit down. The debate should be what charges to file and on which parent, guardian and or caregiver.
