As concerned members of the Arcadia community, we respectfully ask Phoenix City Council to deny the David and Gladys Wright   House Foundation the ability to conduct any sort of non-residential use on the property located at 4505 N. Rubicon Avenue. Any change from the intended purpose of the home as a residential dwelling will greatly increase pedestrian and vehicular traffic and drastically change our neighborhood's existing tranquility. Mr. Rawling showed our neighbors a plan that included 25,000-40,000 square feet of underground event space; a restaurant serving alcohol, gift shop, outdoor amphitheater, and wedding /party venue.  Mr. Rawling indicates he is working to have the home designated to help attract “100,000 people per year” into Arcadia. Sign our petition and help STOP THE MADNESS!
