A law against organized street-begging will save many children, women and elderly people from becoming enslaved as beggars by crime syndicates. The ban will curtail the most visible form of modern-day slavery, which is organized street-begging, all over the Philippines.

There is a need to advocate that all member-states of the United Nations should ban organized child-begging in the streets. We must advocate that all member-countries of the UN should ban 'organized begging' because it is the most visible form of modern-day slavery in the streets. Organized beggars are being exploited in the streets by bad elements. We have to save such 'slaves' from exploitation and abuse! Let us free such beggars from modern-day slavery. Let us advocate the banning of 'organized begging' everywhere in the world.

All humanitarian groups must see to it that legislative houses all over the world will promulgate laws banning organized begging in the streets. Children and minors who are being exploited as beggars by syndicates should be saved from such form of human trafficking. Such children and minors must be rehabilitated and educated by both government agencies and non-government organizations. Righteous people should now act to ask legislators all over the world to ban organized begging in the streets.
