Maltreatment among Filipinos working overseas continues despite of the efforts of our government attached agencies to stop it.

Even the presence of Employment contracts could not help in stopping the abusive employers of doing bad things to their workers. It is high time that Employers who are hiring Filipinos to work as domestic helpers must attend a Pre Employment Orientation Seminars (PEOS) to inform them e specifically the female employers the rights of the workers they will hire and their obligation as employers. 

I believe that this PEOS will lessen or possible stopped the employer of mistreating their workers.

Pre Employment Orientation Seminars for the employers must be enforce before they are allowed to hire our fellow to work in their home or office.
