Bertshane Palado endangered a poor puppy's life by purposely wrapping a snake around its body for his entertainment. The puppy is obviously too small and weak to resist. No Facebook post has confirmed the current condition of the young pup, but we are all hoping the puppy is safe. Bertshane needs to learn a lesson and he should never be allowed to own a pet animal again.
