Our generation is different from the previous, lives keep changing and some do not. In the previous years, animals were heartfully protected, as the law speaks the power of protection with people's initiatives to take care of the precious fauna.

But in the recent years, people started to face away the care that the importance of animals were now facing abuse little by little, rising the cases of negative treatment. Many people ignore the current issues that are happening in our world, not believing that there is a bigger issue that affects our whole lives, showing the negligence of prioritizing each others care.

There are more then 200 million stray dogs worldwide, abandoned or homeless. According to the World Health Organization, approximately 2.7 million dogs and cats were mercifully killed due to the lack of shelters and adoptive homes, in which this results to animal homelessness. Countless of poor animals and pets are being dumped and left unattended. "Selection" and abandonment of the common breeds of animals is one of the reasons why other species were not being taken care of

This is why, our petition was made to encourage and help the public to promote animal awareness.
