Having stray cats and dogs roaming around the community has been one of the problems within our society since then; therefore, the government's solution to this is the implementation of adoption and rehabilitation centers for dogs and cats.

Adoption centers are places we know where stray cats and dogs are at ease and safe. On the contrary, numerous reports have indicated that if the animals captured by the animal shelters are not adopted within a time frame, they will be terminated to control the number of animals.

There is also discrimination, and a gap between dogs with and without breeds wherein dogs are mostly adopted quickly. It resulted in leaving the fates of dogs without breed to be eliminated.

This petition aims to give a better life and to stray dogs and cats. We aim to prevent to lessen murder of innocent animals for those who have no owners. We like to share the inequality of the dogs who do not have a breed and do not adopt them for not having a breed.
