This petition aims to abolish the Section 10 of Chapter III of the UHC Law of the Republic of the Philippines -- "Premium rates Contribution of the Direct Contributors" of 3% to their salary. The rates are very unlawful and creates Huge burden to the OFWs, especially to those who are still new to being an OFW and still in-debt because of the Training Requirement Costs while they are still preparing for deployment in the Philippines.

This Petition also aims to abolish the Part of the 2nd Paragraph of the Section 9 stating; That Failure to pay the previous months of the contributor, he/she shall pay the missed contributions with interest of compounding rates monthly.
