The Philadelphia Police Department handles all investigations of complaints made by civilians about police officers. These records are supposed to be public information but something is not happening and the withholding of this information has created a separation between the police and civilians. This petition is to show the Philadelphia Police Department that we as citizens of Philadelphia we demand a more transparent way of investigating these claims.
