Seeking fair trial for Tomalee Tucker aka "Isman"

My name is Tomalee Tucker, better known as “Isman”.  I have created this petition with the support of my family and friends to ask for my release from prison.   I have been in prison since 1989 when I was convicted and sentenced to life for murder.  I am not disputing my guilty conviction, but I am in disagreement of the degree of murder in which I was charged. I believe I was not fairly charged, and I am seeking justice on this degree. When I arrived in prison, I was a 19 year old young man.  I am currently 50 years old and on dialysis secondary to poorly managed hypertension.  

I have attempted to overturn my conviction by submitting a Post-Conviction Relief Act (PCRA) in the Superior Court.  Six long years have passed since I submitted the PCRA and I have not received any kind of feedback on my case and or release.  While in prison, I have been an asset to the prison community, and have become a model inmate. I have taken part in many employment positions to assist with the function of the prison system. I have also mentored many men old and young in the hopes of keeping them out of and or not returning to prison. If I am released, I know I can be an asset to my community as well as society.
