Quadir Sheaff  21 was shot and killed on the 4300 block of North 15th Street on Monday, November 2, 2020. At 7:58 p.m. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene and located Quadir lying in the street. He was suffering from a gunshot wound. Quadir was transported to temple hospital. Full story

We want his murderer(s) to be found. We will not let him be another statistic. Quadir was loved by so many. He left a child who had to grow up without his father. Quadir family and friends deserve answers. There were witnesses to this crime. We need Philadelphia detectives to aggressively investigate this homicide. 
 A message needs to be sent that we will not tolerate the number of homicides in the city. The number of homicides in the North Philadelphia/ Nicetown area is ridiculous The victims are getting younger and younger. This could be YOUR brother, YOUR son, YOUR best friend.The unsolved homicide rates in Philadelphia are truly upsetting and extremely depressing.
