Hey guys!

It's been a while since this petition started. Part of it was because I had my own things to do and one of them was spending a month going through the survey results to present them to the Xbox team.

The only feedback I got was that it helped boost internal conversations, which I believe it's a good sign. 
Of course, that survey didn't include the answers of thousands more of you that would have answered it. I know you wish you did, but at this moment, we don't think it makes sense to create another survey.
However, please keep spreading this petition and open letter. Keep making noise!

While a few members of the Xbox team were incredible to ask for the survey results and discuss it internally, we have no official answer from anyone at Microsoft about this problem.

We have observed new job positions in Europe and Asia, but our effort with this open letter was still ignored. Giving up is not an option, and we'll continue to demand answers.
