This is a disgrace and James Tedesco and whoever else is making this decision should be removed from their position . Anyone that has ever had a relative there knows that the care there is first class , and now they want to transfer the residents to Bergen Pines . Bergen pines is a pig that they put lipstick on . Please consider calling Tedescos office at 201 336 7333 and demand this facility remain open . Tedesco stated he would not close this facility when he was running for election now he is doing the opposite . I am also going to be putting a petition together and put in various places for people to sign . Please consider doing this , make copies and mail them to me . The residents of this home deserve better than to have their home taken from them . I was at the meeting and saw the residents and their concerns . I also saw Hansel Asmar walk away from the mike when he did not like a resident asking questions - total lack of respect to a person who evidently and rightfully is upset about losing his home and family at Rockleigh .
