On August 21, 2021 My 14 year old son Jesse Everett Jr. was murdered. He was sitting  in a vehicle at a gas station in Willingboro NJ.  
   Video evidence shows 22 year old Tamir Phillps exited a Cadillac driven by 29 year old Chelsea Holman with a gun in his hand. He walked up to my son hit him then shot him point blank in his head. Tamir then opened the car door takes my sons cell phone off his lap, closes the door again before walking  back to the car where Chelsea Holman was waiting for him. When Tamir Phillps entered the car Chelsea Holman slowly pulls off.
  Chelsea Holman is an ACCESSORY to my son’s murder. She has ONLY been charged with hindering and obstruction because her mother Valerie Lyons-Holman is a former employee of the Assistant General’s Office.
  The Cadillac used in my child’s murder is owned by Valerie Lyons-Holman and her late husband. This is not right by any means. Chelsea Holman was a part of my son’s murder and she should be charged with such. This killing was premeditated. After Tamir shot my son Chelsea waited patiently for Tamir to return to her car. She was NOT UNAWARE of what she drove Tamir to do. She did not pull off & leave Tamir when he shot my baby like a scared unbeknownst person would have. No Chelsea sat & Chelsea waited and for this reason alone Chelsea Holman needs to be charged with the murder of my son Jesse right along side Tamir Phillps.
