This is the best way of addressing people's concerns about the proposal by Providence Resources to look for oil just a few kilometres of Ireland's East Coast, quite close to Dalkey, and will ensure that everyone has their say under the 1933 Foreshore Act in advance of making a decision on the application by Providence Resources to prospect for oil
