For 8 months now, the 2017 Graduands of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Nigeria, Nsukka despite their graduation are yet to be INDUCTED by the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (an Agency responsible for regulating and controlling the education, training and practice of pharmacy in Nigeria).

So many of us have missed several opportunities because of this. Depression is setting in as each day passes by on us. 

Without being inducted into the Pharmacy profession which we have spent 5 years studying with all conditions met until our graduation, we are made useless as we cannot do the mandatory one year internship program (which is often competitive as our government doesn't make adequate places for the program possible) after which we will still serve our country, Nigeria for a year through the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) which is also mandatory. 

As we stay at home, our future, carrier and plan lingers and probably fades away. 

It's time for the world to speak for us! We are tired of staying at home after 5 years of studying Pharmacy. We want to be a full part of the profession and help our Parents, Sponsors, Families and the world at large.
