This petition is for the USAF and DoD to give a post-humous promotion to Staff Sergeant to Senior Airman Roger Fortson, who served honorably and who was highly decorated in combat with Special Operations. He tragically lost his chance to become an NCO. This promotion will also help his family, who are now a Gold Star family. I call on all my military brothers and sisters, especially my AF and SOF family, to sign and get this passed up the chain-of-command.
