Excellent news.  Over 13,090 need HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW at the domestic level 

As UN WOMEN states - "WITHOUT GENDER EQUALITY, THERE IS NO CLIMATE JUSTICE"  - we need to get "gender equality" first and foremost.
