We now have over 200 signatures and we are pleased to report that it is starting to make a difference…

We have been in discussions with Surrey County Council, who have finally acknowledged the issue and recognised that the problem of speeding on Cottimore Lane is more than just a perception.

We are also in the process of arranging a survey and meeting with residents to discuss the measures that we would all like to see implemented. 

Cottimore Lane has had accidents that have resulted in life changing serious injuries. We must continue to keep the pressure on and reiterate that we should not have to wait for yet more accidents to happen before simple speed deterrents and traffic calming initiatives are implemented.
