Thank you very much to everyone who has signed the petition!

The response so far has been absolutely overwhelming and we're just getting started.

This afternoon we've been busy dropping letters through doors about the Cottimore Lane Road Safety Campaign and petition.

A few neighbours even came out to thank us and to share their likeminded concerns about speeding along the road.

One neighbour has had their vehicle crashed into on three separate occasions and another often helps an elderly neighbour cross the road to get the shops because she is frightened of speeding cars.

There is such a brilliant bunch of people on Cottimore Lane and a real sense of community here.
