With the signed forms that we gathered at the OC Tet Festival last weekend [which we will help enter/register on their behalf tonight], we will be reaching our immediate goal: 5,000 Signatures, very soon. Please help us reach this mark this weekend. After that, we will convene a [town hall] meeting/conference among supporters, advisers, core-members and [potential] endorsers (elected officials, celebrities)... to draft a new statement that could satisfactorily represent most of our common concerns and goals, so we all can adopt/agree to support and sign... to present/send this petition to the parties aforementioned.
