We are petitioning the Virginia Lottery to feature some of the animal shelters and rescues throughout the state of Virginia on a series of scratcher lottery tickets. Animal shelters and rescue need help more now than ever before as shelters are overcrowded throughout the state of Virginia. It would be great for the Virginia Lottery to recognize some of the animal shelters and rescue group throughout the state of Virginia to help bring awareness to adoptions. The Virginia Lottery scratcher tickets are sold in many different areas throughout the state of Virginia and it would greatly help with getting these rescues and shelters into the public eye and hopefully increase adoption awareness.
