Freedom of Information request

Please see the following update issued by a fellow Sarratt Ducklings Supporter.

'A freedom of Information request has been sent to Chess Valley Primary Learning Trust requesting the following information:

• A copy of any lease, licence, or contractual agreement with the incoming nursery provider

• Details of the procurement or selection process undertaken, including criteria used

• Copies of any consultation or communication with the existing provider (Ducklings) and/or parents

• Copies of any reports, internal correspondence, meeting minutes, or decision papers relating to this decision

I understand they have up to 20 working days to respond, so I’ll share any updates as soon as I receive them.'
