Bella is a dog showing signs of distress who is caged outside overnight in freezing UK temperatures, and often left isolated for long periods of time.

Videos of Bella's distress are being posted on Twitter at #SaveBella and #HelpBella by Lizzie Mackin (@ruledbymars) who is trying to get the authorities to do something to help Bella but nothing is being done.

The RSPCA have said they cannot do anything. The police have said they cannot help.

I want the UK parliament to take action. I want the UK Government to discuss current dog protection laws and ensure when there is evidence of distress like this, the appropriate authorities can take action, step in and protect Bella and other dogs like Bella. 

If enough people sign this petition the UK Government will have to take action.
