A dog’s tail can never be straightened even if it is kept in a straight metal pipe for 100 years!

Almost every current administrative staff member, members of the complaint and discipline committee, and the board of directors will become part of the college automatically.

ICCRC will continue RULING us in the same way.  A dog’s tail can never be straightened even if it is kept in a straight metal pipe for 100 years!

They will never consider lowering fees, or being fair with us, and may make the new system corrupt just like the last horrible six years.

Our response and vote are NO and NEVER!
Vote “NO” to ICCRC Continuance, and honestly, all we see are the following benefits:

1. None of the above actors to deal with.
2. Huge value and respect for our license, because it will be issued by the Government rather than by a corporation.
3. Protection under Canadian Charter, including Freedom of Expression and speech.
4. Possibility of lower fees, because the Government may not consider making any profit.
5. Free CPDs.
6. More support and training via Government and members of controlled College, versus a corporation.
7. Fair investigations and disciplinary process with a comprehensive right of appeal.
8. Opportunity to Opportunity for the Government to have objective control over the college.
9. An opportunity for an ordinary member to get nominated and elected to a member’s seat on the board of directors.
   Fair and better regulations and procedures which will be equally applied to all.
10. Equal treatment.
11. And most importantly, better public protection.
12. PLEASE KEEP in mind, that now, we the members see clearly the role we have to play when deciding the fate of ICCRC and its administration, who are ready to “BEND” only for our vote, and then afterward they will forget all this favour. We should not fall for these tricks.
