Pros & Cons of ICCRC's Continuance in the new system!

There are NO Pros of voting “yes” to ICCRC becoming the College.  ABSOLUTELY ZERO benefits to membership and the public.

All we see are the “CONS” everywhere and on top. If we say YES, we have to deal with the following AGAIN for the REST of our professional LIVES:

• The current incompetent and arrogant administration and staff.
• The cherry-picked CAPIC and ICCRC so-called Ambassadors, board members, and committee members who have always denied members’ rights to transparency and accountability.
• Denied lowering fees, despite having huge profits and reserve funds over $4 million.
• Denied offering Free CPDs and PMEs without any restrictions.
• Denied a fair investigation and discipline process.
  Created a controversial PUAR to breach members’ and clients’ privacy;
• Made backroom deals with a third-party contractor to transfer indirect benefits to friends.
• Never respected the members or their opinion.
  Denied accepting our proposals to make changes for the better of our profession and practice.
• Contravened almost every statute (CNFPCA) since inception.
• Filed complaints against members who were critical and asking questions about lavish spending.
  Filed lawsuits against members just to protect their own interest.
• Disrespected members’ vote and illegally terminated an elected board member because he was very close to exposing major frauds.
• Altered or destroyed records, of which the list is very long.
• We are allowed bankrupt, disreputable and scandalous CAPIC members to run for the board to represent our profession.
• Never worked for the interest of the members or the profession.
• 
  DO WE REALLY WANT TO HAVE ALL THIS?
  Do they all really deserve our vote for continuance?
