Thank you all for your support and concern in this matter.  We have physically taken the petition over to Highway Supervisor Losquadro's office.  We have about 80 signatures.  I handed the petition over to Brandon his secretary and explained it to him.

Brandon said he would send the original copy over to Altice.  He did say that Altice will NOT be starting until 2023 because there is a moratorium.  They are not allowed to dig for at leave 5 years after the area is paved.  5 years is not a long time when we waited alot longer than that.

We also sent copies to Councilwoman Jane Bonner and Senator Palumbo and Brookhaven Supervisor Ed Romain.  

Jane Bonner's office contacted us and said that they will be digging up 11 holes of 2 feet by 2 feet throughout the whole area.  Its not as bad as we thought.  However, the less potholes, the better.  Jane Bonner said that she will work with Altice to try to get the number of  incisions  down to less than 11.
