Nirbhaya was an innocent victim of rape and torture, who lost her life in this gruesome crime. The juvenile accused was recently sent to a reformatory home for three years by a Juvenile Justice Board after he was found to be "involved in the gang rape and murder" of Nirbhaya.

News confirmed that juvenile crime has increased over 34% in India. Why is this happening? Juvenile are taking crimes such as rape, molestation etc. as a joke. Agreed that they are below 18 years of age and cannot be treated as adult but minds which help a person rape needs to be treated with the harshest punishment. Couple of days ago, a 15 year old boy raped an one and half year old girl child. What would the 15 year old get? 3 years and a second chance to come out into society and live life as if he did nothing? What about the girl child? She will survive but will experience this fear of rape and live the trauma for her entire life.

It's high time, we as Indians come together and voice out against this Juvenile Justice Act against women irrespective of age, caste, state. We are Indians and we need to care for every Indian. Please sign this petition in order to change the law and act against juveniles!!!
