To: Morgan Hill HOA Board of Directors

We, the undersigned homeowners and residents of Morgan Hill, respectfully request that the Morgan Hill HOA Board of Directors terminate its contract with Monarch Properties Limited and begin the process of selecting a new management company through a transparent and competitive review process.

Our request is based on concerns expressed by residents regarding the management, responsiveness, communication, and overall performance provided under the current contract. As homeowners and stakeholders in our community, we believe the Board has a responsibility to ensure that HOA management services meet the needs and expectations of residents while providing accountability and value.

We request that the Board:

Conduct a formal review of Monarch Properties Limited's performance.
Publicly share the criteria used to evaluate management services.
Solicit proposals from alternative HOA management companies.
Allow homeowner input during the evaluation and selection process.
Vote on terminating the current contract if it is determined that a change would better serve the community.
This petition is not intended to target any individual, but rather to advocate for effective governance, transparency, and the best interests of the Morgan Hill community.

We urge the Board to take these concerns seriously and act in a manner that reflects the wishes of the homeowners it represents.
