**PETITION TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT**

**CONCERNING THE GENOCIDE AND WAR CRIMES IN GAZA AND THE BOMBING IN RAFFA, EGYPT**

To the Honourable Judges of the International Criminal Court,

We, the undersigned, are compelled to bring to your attention the grave and egregious human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity that have been perpetrated against the Palestinian people, particularly in Gaza, and the recent bombing in Raffa, Egypt.

**Gaza:**

1. **Genocide**: The Israeli military's repeated attacks on Gaza, which have resulted in the deaths of thousands of civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, amount to genocide. The intentional destruction of homes, hospitals, schools, and infrastructure has led to a humanitarian crisis of unprecedented proportions.
2. **War Crimes**: The use of force disproportionate to the legitimate military objectives of Israel has resulted in indiscriminate and disproportionate harm to civilians and civilian objects.
3. **Crimes against Humanity**: The targeting of civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, by Israel's military forces constitutes a crime against humanity.
4. **Torture**: The reported use of torture and ill-treatment by Israeli forces against Palestinians, including detainees and those who have been injured during the attacks, is a violation of international humanitarian law.
5. **Enforced Disappearances**: The Israeli military's practice of detaining Palestinians without charge or trial, and their subsequent disappearance, is a serious violation of international human rights law.

**Raffa, Egypt:**

1. **War Crimes**: The bombing of Raffa, Egypt by Israeli forces has resulted in the deaths of civilians and damage to civilian infrastructure.
2. **Crimes against Humanity**: The targeting of civilians by Israeli forces in Raffa is a violation of international humanitarian law.

**International Crimes:**

1. **Genocide**: The acts committed by Israel in Gaza and Raffa amount to genocide as they are intended to destroy, in whole or in part, a national ethnic group (the Palestinian people).
2. **War Crimes**: The violations committed by Israel constitute war crimes as they are grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocol I thereto.
3. **Crimes against Humanity**: The acts committed by Israel constitute crimes against humanity as they are widespread or systematic attacks directed against any civilian population.

**Request:**

We respectfully request that the International Criminal Court:

1. Launch an investigation into the alleged crimes committed by Israel in Gaza and Raffa.
2. Indict those responsible for these crimes and bring them to justice.
3. Take all necessary measures to ensure that those who have been victims of these crimes receive reparations and rehabilitation.
