A big thanks to the roughly 250 people who signed this petition so far.  

As I'm sure any of you with an equity stake in HMNY already knows, the stock has cratered well over 60% so far just this month, largely on the back of another proxy statement for investor approval for another 1-500 reverse split.

If you are investor, I encourage you to vote in this proxy and vote "against" on both amendments (the first being the approval of the 1-500 split and the second being a request for management to adjourn the proxy meeting to solicit more yes votes if necessary). Approval of these amendments will simply provide more runway for management to dilute current equity holders.

I also encourage you to continue to spread the word about this petition (and the proxy vote). While the chances of us successfully shaking up management are slim, any publicity is good publicity with the stock down over 99% already.
