Thank you to all that have signed and shared this petition so far.

I have included a screenshot of the letter I received in response to this petition which has been written on behalf of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senator Marise Payne.

Although the Australian Government are not taking a stronger stance at this point, it is encouraging to know that the continued political impasse in Samoa is firmly on their radar.
