3 months ago, all McGill alumni lost access to MyCourses. Since graduation, we had conserved access to our previous classes and were not warned at the time of the deactivation that we would lose it. 

In consequence, students did not have the time or option to download their assignments, assuming they would still be of free access when they needed to consult them again. This provoked shock and distress in a number of students, as can be seen in this reddit thread losing_access_to_mycourses_as_alumni. In response to the distress, we were told we could contact the professors directly to get our assignments but this solution is not viable for the students nor for the professors themselves.

We would like to ask McGill to reinstore access to MyCourses for a temporary period of 1 month so that alumni can have the chance to download their assignments and courses.
