We, the undersigned, are individuals who have interacted with Cash Junior (CJ), a 25-pound dog owned by Kareem Helal, residing in Apartment #4014 at Lark San Antonio. We write this petition to express our support for CJ and to address the claims against him, which have now escalated to legal action being taken against his owner.

Recently, Lark San Antonio management has alleged that CJ is an aggressive dog and has demanded his removal from the property. Despite no history or evidence of aggressive behavior from CJ, management is now pursuing an eviction against Kareem Helal and has filed a lawsuit for non-compliance because CJ has not been removed. This situation is both unfair and distressing, as CJ has always been a friendly, well-behaved, and social dog with no record of causing harm or distress to other residents or pets in the community.

CJ is a small, gentle dog who is beloved by those who know him. He has consistently demonstrated a positive presence in the community, and the allegations made against him do not align with the experiences of the many residents and individuals who have interacted with him.

This petition is intended to provide an opportunity for anyone who has interacted with CJ to share their personal experiences and opinions.
