Please save our MS Centre

On December 23, 2016 the MS Society of Canada will close our doors and discontinue physiotherapy, gym and other occupational therapy services for people living with Multiple Sclerosis in Victoria, Canada and the surrounding area. Many with MS who are on fixed incomes previously paid $50/hr for physiotherapy and had a free gym through the centre. They will now have to pay $125 per hour for physio and $50 a month to access the very equipment that they raised funds for. They will no longer have access to the building they have called home and worked so hard to maintain for over 40 years.

We believe closing the centre is cruel and that the MS Society of Canada is not acting in the best interest of people living with the disease. The MS Society of Canada is damaging the Victoria MS community's quality of life.

We no longer believe the MS Society of Canada is helping our community members living with MS and demand the return of the building, equipment and funds raised in Victoria to the people it was intended for.
