We, the undersigned, stand in support of small businesses in the City of Boston:

Total Wine has a proposal for a 20,000+ square-foot liquor store and distribution center in the South Bay shopping center. We believe this proposed alcohol center and store will negatively impact local small businesses, including food stores and urban markets in the City of Boston.

We do not believe that it is in the public's best interest to approve a liquor license in the South Bay shopping center.

Our neighbors and small businesses have worked tirelessly over the years to prohibit the sale of alcohol within South Bay, as it would negatively impact small business operators.

We, the undersigned stand with the small business owners and opposed the application for Total Wine; thus, the city can continue to prioritize small, locally-owned businesses.
