TO THE HONORABLE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES:

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, acting through the sovereign authority vested in us by the Constitution, and in the solemn exercise of our right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. 

FIND AND DECLARE that the powers of the Executive Branch have been exercised in a manner that violates the United States Constitution. 

THEREFORE, we do hereby demand and petition that the House of Representatives immediately commence an official and comprehensive inquiry into the conduct of The Chief Executive to determine whether sufficient grounds exist for the drafting and adoption of Articles of Impeachment, and to secure the faithful execution of the laws and the defense of the Constitution against any and all domestic threats.
