The management have not even returned my calls and have called them more than once and they don't seem to  be bothered or have a sense of urgency to clean and fix this very toxic and unsanitary mess. My question also is why has the school not put more pressure on the building owners with two schools in its close proximity?

We need your signature to push the owner of this building 60 Rutland Road in Brooklyn to repair this awful unsanitary mess in the middle of a residential building with two schools beside it.

The smell and look of what’s overflowing daily from sewage from the building is disgusting and unsanitary. Children, adults and elderly have to live with this daily and very little being done.

None of it is cordoned off so a Childs ball if rolls over there will have fecal matter on it which they will touch their faces with and will be on their shoes bringing it home.

PS 398 a school is less than 150 ft away so why has the school not done more to have this problem rectified sooner also? I found it hard enough to track down the owners of the building and its management which by luck on Saturday while documenting the mess we got  a name and number.

When I called they didn't want to release a name to send the email to just info. So frustrating and time wasting so can only imagine the residents frustrations who live there.

The car park is filled with raw sewage coming up from the drains also because of blockage which we learned will not be getting fixed anytime soon.The car park is also in close proximity of a school yard.

Please sign so we can get it rectified immediately and a better explanation of why works have taken so long if any have been properly done already now that we have a name of the management, the person in charge, the email and phone number.
