Stanley Bean continues to prove that he is not suited for the best interest of our Franklin county public school children, teachers, cafeteria workers, bus drivers etc. He is not an elected official, he continues to play politics with our childrens well being & the future of our county school system depends on him. The Rec Center funds can be used for much wider needed repairs & equipment for our county schools.
