We, the undersigned parents and students of Thomas Hooker School, respectfully request the immediate removal of [Redacted] from her position as a teacher at our school due to her ongoing harmful behavior and inappropriate treatment of students.

The reasons for this petition are as follows:

 1. Bullying and Mental Abuse: [Redacted] consistently bullies and mentally abuses students. Her behavior includes constant yelling and degrading remarks, creating an unsafe and unhealthy learning environment.

 2. Unfair Treatment of Students: There is a noticeable pattern of unfair treatment among the students, with some receiving harsher penalties and criticism without cause.

 3. Disrespect Toward Parents: [Redacted] has shown a lack of respect in her interactions with parents, dismissing concerns and acting in a rude and unprofessional manner.

 4. Racism and Discriminatory Language: Alarmingly, there have been reports of racist behavior, including one instance where [Redacted] allegedly referred to a student of color as a “monkey,” which is both unacceptable and harmful.

 5. Deceptive Behavior: [Redacted] has reportedly lied to avoid accountability for her misconduct, further undermining trust between parents, students, and the school.

 6. Violation of School Policies: [Redacted] regularly violates school policies meant to protect students and ensure a respectful learning environment.

 7. Lack of Action by the School: Despite multiple complaints from parents and students, it appears that the school administration has taken no meaningful disciplinary action against [Redacted], seemingly prioritizing her over the well-being of the students.

 8. Fear Among Students: Many students are afraid of [Redacted] due to her behavior. No teacher should create a climate of fear in a place that should nurture learning and growth.

 9. Awareness Among Staff: It has come to our attention that several members of the school staff are aware of [Redacted] behavior but feel powerless to address it due to a lack of support from the administration.

Our Request:

We strongly believe that [Redacted] conduct disqualifies her from being in charge of young students. We demand her immediate removal from the school to ensure that students have a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

We urge the school administration to take immediate action in the interest of the students and to address the ongoing concerns raised by the parents.
