We, the undersigned, respectfully urge Segerstrom High School and the Santa Ana Unified School District to reinstate Coach Erasmo Ramirez as the Head Baseball Coach.

Coach Ramirez has been more than just a coach—he has been a mentor, a role model, and a pillar of the Segerstrom baseball program. His dedication to the students and athletes of Santa Ana is immeasurable. Year after year, he has poured his heart into building not only strong baseball players, but strong young men who understand the value of hard work, integrity, and respect.

Coach Ramirez instilled a true love for the game in every player who came through his program. He taught them how to play baseball the right way—with discipline, passion, and sportsmanship. His leadership and commitment have left a lasting impact on countless students and families, creating a supportive and tight-knit baseball community.

The outpouring of support from players, parents, and alumni speaks volumes. His passion, guidance, and dedication are exactly what our student-athletes need—not just for success on the field, but in life.

We believe Coach Ramirez deserves to continue the legacy he has built. We ask that you recognize the deep and positive influence he has had and reinstate him as Head Baseball Coach at Segerstrom High School.
