Are you wondering why Is It so?

It is because there are some accessibility issues in the Rapido application.

As a person with vision impairment, I use screen reader to identify

All the text, buttons & all the controls in the screen. Rapido screens

Cannot be read by various screen readers. This makes Rapido

Inaccessible for persons with vision impairment. In the race of

Surviving in the market, they started focusing more on sighted

Perspective. Before they become completely inaccessible, it is

Important to draw their attention to this issue.

It is we who suffer due to their inaccessible application which is

Hindering our independent travel. I can no longer travel

Independently. I will have to take sighted assistance to use this

Application or go alone walking with cane asking sighted help which is

A loss of time.

I cannot believe that businesses like Rapido still choose to remain

Inaccessible to persons with vision impairment. It is time that we ask

Them to make their platform open to all.

Please utilize this opportunity & sign my petition asking Rapido to do

The following:

•       Make their platform screen reader friendly

•       Add descriptive text to images

•       Label all the buttons

Please sign and share in large numbers because inclusivity is a right

And no one should have to fight every day for services that are easily

Available for all.
