We, the residents of Vine Street & the surrounding area, strongly object to the conversion of the property at 616 Vine Street from a single family residence to a multi-unit apartment building.  We believe that the home should remain as it was intended to be & the conversion would neither enhance the beauty of our historical street nor the quality of life of its’ residents. Moreover, the conversion would set an unwanted precedent for future conversions of the large & stately homes on Vine Street & surrounding areas. Please consider signing so we can keep this Heritage Home & the history undisturbed.  Please be mindful & keep negative comments to yourself.
