The Issue

To Whom It May Concern,

We, the undersigned residents and families of the Creekside Crossing neighborhood, strongly support keeping the current school bus service in place for students attending Wallin Oaks and IRA Jones schools. We respectfully oppose any decision to eliminate or reduce transportation services for our neighborhood.

Although a bridge has recently been built in the area, we do not believe the route to school is fully safe for children to walk. There are still serious concerns regarding traffic, crossing safety, weather conditions, visibility, and the overall walking distance students would be expected to travel each day. These concerns are especially important for younger students and during winter weather or heavy traffic times.

The safety and well-being of our children must remain the top priority. Reliable bus transportation helps ensure students can travel to and from school safely and consistently each day.

We respectfully ask the school district and transportation officials to maintain the existing bus service for Creekside Crossing students attending Wallin Oaks and IRA Jones and to reconsider any plans to remove these services.

Thank you for your time, consideration, and commitment to student safety.

Sincerely,

The residents of Creekside North
