Government officials have confirmed that negotiations on the SSZ framework and the Destiny Project are at an advanced stage, with completion expected soon. While selected stakeholder meetings have increased, citizens still lack access to essential documents, including Environmental Impact Assessments, development agreements, land boundaries, and governance rules.

Public engagement without disclosure is not transparency. Consultation without documents is not consent.

With 537 signatures and growing, this petition calls for an immediate pause, full public release of all SSZ and Destiny materials, and meaningful consultation before any binding agreement is signed.
