October 2025 I was declared legally dead to my youngest child.   My parental rights were terminated.   All contact has ended and I started the process of appeal to end this injustice.  

I Petition you right now for support, encouragement and promotion of Innocent Tears Act.  I petition you to support DFPS reform and to end unnecessary separations of children with their parents. 

I started a blog a couple of months ago that will let you know who I am and what Texas has become.  I do not know how bad it is all over the US and in other countries, but I hear that it's this way all over the world right now. 

We have to seek change!  We have to fight for our God given rights and we have to end this disrespect to God's will and creation of a family unit. 

Read the pages of my blog.  Support the cause.  Call your representatives to stop this injustice.  If you are an attorney join the cause.  If you are a Texas Representative support the Innocent Tears Act.  If you live in the US look up your own laws, study them, and fight for parental rights!

Why do you ask?  Because, the right of a parent is a right of a child to that parent.  And if I suffer termination of my rights, my child suffers termination of her right to life and liberty with her parents.  

The government doesn't give us our children and the government has no right to take them! 

I Petition You for Life and Liberty with my children!  I Petition You for the Right to decide where and with whom my child should live within our family unit.  I Petition You to Keep me off the Death Row I have been sentenced to by a stroke of a pen.
